Associate Promotions

We’re really chuffed to announce the promotion of Ryan Gibson and Harry Stannard to Associate level. Ryan and Harry joined Chord as Senior Engineers in our inaugural year in 2022, although they’d worked with the management team prior to that for yonkeys.

Both Harry and Ryan have consistently demonstrated elements that we value most at Chord. Notably, for Ryan, his big technical brain and harmonious team working. For Harry, the rare skill of being a charismatic engineer: having the ability to talk sensibly about M&E without sending the room to sleep! 

Over the last few years, they’ve taken on growing responsibility, led projects with confidence, and earned the growing trust of clients, other design discipline allies, and Chord colleagues alike. 

Becoming an Associate recognises not just what Ryan and Harry have done for Chord so far, but what we know they’re capable of next — shaping projects, positively influencing design teams, and helping steer the business as we continue to grow. (There’s more to come… watch this space 🤫!)

No change to their personalities (unfortunately), but these promotions definitely bring more influence, more responsibility, and (so they tell us) more trips to the Malaga office!
